: No breakfast. Location said ocean views-but failed to mention that you had to stand at the corner of the deck and look thru electrical lines.
: 1.) Location said ocean views-but failed to mention that you had to stand at the corner of the deck and look thru electrical lines. 2.) Didn't find packet of shampoo and soaps till 2nd day. Found dog shampoo and site says no dogs! 3.) Bugs found, reported the one but then found more. Welcome packet mentioned there might be bugs--why would you wait till we arrive to tell us this? 4.) Hot and cold water is backwards on shower/tub. Found this out only after 2nd day and 2nd attempt to shower. Signs say use shower only, even the tub controls were missing from the tub. But advertisement says tub! And sink had calcium deposits build up...did they not do maintenance and clean? Towel rack broken and on floor. 5.) No one mentioned all the building going on and the noise from it. 6.) Asked for partial refund as we left day early due to the condition of the place. Denied. I have pictures and would like to talk to someone regarding our stay. It was very unpleasant and will not recommend them to anyone.

: I thought part of the patio in the pictures was enclosed with a screen. But it was open.
