  : it was a very cozy place. Minimally decorated. Loved that I could bring my pet and the price was decent.
  : There was dust and dirt behind the night stand and under the bed. the washer had mold on the rubber gasket. They should never shut the door to the washer so it can dry out, so we were unable to use it. had to wash the dishes before using them. It would be nice if the pool pass was included

  : The property itself was wonderful! Very spacious, well stocked kitchen, wonderful furniture, comfortable beds, clean towels and linens. The community is clean and tidy and for the most part the unit was very clean. We really loved the property and would certainly rent again if the issues that follow are attended to.
  : We had an issue with ants coming in the kitchen from the wall that got into food. We put our bread and other baked goods in the refrigerator and coolers after that but the ants kept coming. We reported it to Sloan Realty and they sent a cleaning lady to clean the mildew but that was all. So she sprayed her mildew cleaner on the ants. It did help, but we were a little surprised that they didn’t send an exterminator or at least somebody with some bug spray. We also had an issue with a lot of mildew in the washing machine and sand in the dryer. There was also mildew at the base of the tub in the bathroom. The bathroom rugs should have been washed, too.

  : It was private and had a wonderful area to walk my pet.
  : The sliding glass door in the bedroom was not locked when I arrived alone at night and it made me nervous being of the first level. I found a broken blind rod and put it in the door tracks to feel safe. I didn’t like the carpet and mats in the bathroom area - did not seem clean. I wore flip flops to walk around.

  : I loved the spacious living area and large bathroom. It was equipped with kitchen items we used. Great location and very quiet.
  : Upon arrival the entree number would not work for me because I was 5 minutes early but I called management and the woman quickly and nicely reset it. The condo had dirty towels in the washer when we arrived and there was sand on the counter tops and dining table. Had not be cleaned well.
