  : The room was very big, the hotel looked good, the food was nice and diverse. The entertainment was quite talented.
  : Staff didn't speak english and were rude (especially Maria from Spa). The cleaning staff for the rooms spoke better english than the reception staff. The saunas, showers and bathrooms smelled trully awful and were very dirty.There was a mildew and piss smell in the sauna area, very "relaxing"The parking was not included and it was expensive (although i purchesed the all inclusive package). The pool water was very cold. The shower was leaking and the light bulbs flickering in the bathroom (tried to explain it to the staff...but ofc they didn't understand basic english). They had a very idiotc system of obtaining pool towels, by a card that was supposed to be left only between 9-11 in the morning and at 5-6 in the evening. if you miss those hours, no more towels for that day (this could so easily be made to digital open a locker, but whatever) And in one of the days the towel staff had no more cards to give me for the towels so they put me on a liat that i returned the towels but recieved no cards for them but...ofc the second day i got accused of trying to steal towels ( because i wanted to pick up towels without that damn card and there was no list). Trully idiotic.

  : I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, the location is absolutely excellent. Situated right on the boardwalk, it offers easy access to the bustling seaside and provides a vibrant atmosphere. In just a five-minute walk, you can find yourself enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and sandy beaches, a true delight for beach lovers.Upon entering the room, I did notice some stains on the table, which was a bit disappointing. There was a wetness on the bathroom door and because of that we couldn't close the door and we had to be with door open in the bathroom which wasn't so nice..However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of ensuring a tidy and comfortable environment, attending to all areas of the hotel diligently. .One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. From the friendly and welcoming front desk personnel to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to cater to our needs. They were always available to assist and ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible.Another highlight of this hotel was the evening entertainment provided. There were various activities for both children and adults, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. Whether it was live music, performances, or engaging games, the hotel truly excelled in creating a vibrant and entertaining ambiance for its guests.The food and drinks offered at this hotel were simply a pleasure. From the morning breakfast to the scrumptious lunch and dinner options, the culinary experience was excellent. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from, and the drinks were perfectly spiced, adding an extra touch of flavor to the dining experience. The hotel's kitchen staff truly outdid themselves in delivering satisfying and enjoyable meals throughout the day.

  : The room was clean but that could be just because the woman cleaning the eight floor was diligent.
  : Despite being all inclusive you had to pay for practically everything and if that was not bad enough you couldn't use the room number, but had to carry cash or a credit card all the time. Despite being all inclusive that doesn't mean that you are there to stuff your self with food, as I was skipping breakfast and/or lunch depending on the day, the food tha you could have in between lunch and dinner was the leftovers from the previous day or from breakfast.
