  : clean, modern well presented
  : Didnt take online payment on app, so i had to pay on site. No signs or advance notice, just told they would only accept cash on the day. Had to take half an hour to find cash point and get cash. After fees and a very bad conversion rate at the only cash point, it cost me 25 euro extra to stay here. Directions to property were very bad and google was wrong. Simply also stating to guests that there was a big red sign outside the property, it was next to a road junction and opposite a supermarket in the arrival message would have helped alot.

  : Staff was nice and friendly. The outside area was nice - kids loved the swimming pool, trampoline and hot tub.
  : The studio apartment that we stayed in was very outdated. Wall paper was peeling off the walls around the edges, the painted walls were a bit dirty. The space was quite small - when the sofa bed was pulled out, it was touching the other bed and there was no more space in the living area. TV didn't have any apps (in other places that we stayed in, we logged into our Disney/Netflix accounts to be able to watch a movie with the kids in the evening, but couldn't do that here).There were no plugs in the bedroom area. The 2 plugs in the kitchen were not very well thought out - I had to put the kettle on the floor for it to be able to reach a plug. The coffee machine was sticky to touch and once I opened it that part where the filter goes in had some dirt inside that looked like mould.The balcony was tiny and is not very appealing to sit in.

  : Only accepts cash payment, which we were really surprised about. Not really clean floor, tiny room, no proper curtain, not even sure whether there was cleaning done before we came.

  : Great property, comfortable and well equipped, 15min drive from Zadar airport and approx 10min walk from the local beach, with amazing bakery and a supermarket just opposite.The price is much better than other properties around, especially when you take into consideration what youre getting for your money. Garden is amazing- very well looked after, with plenty of seating and lounge chairs, an outdoor dinning space and a bbq area. It has a heated swimming pool and kids play ground - all very well kept-we struggled getting kids out the house, as they loved spending time there.The host Milena is absolutely lovely and goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
  : The only small downside was that our balcony with the sea view also faced the street, which gets quite busy. This meant that we didnt use it as much, however we spent plenty of time in the garden instead, which we loved.

  : Lovely abd friedndly host, close to the airport, pool and jacuzzi are great bonus, not too far from a quite good beach.2 bakieries and supermarket open till late just at the doorstep!The place is well maintained, you feel at home!
  : It's just by a busy road so you can constantly hear cars. The apt we got comes with kitchenette but it has no worktop, it has most of what you need but super duper tight. The rest - bathrooms, rooms, balcony absolutely fantastic, tastefully decorated. There are a few floors with no lift, no problem for us but if anyone has mobility issues make sure to ask for a place on lower floors.
