  : I liked the Price. I loved the Location since was really close to Universal Studios.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

  : The location is great and it is only a 5 minutes drive to Universal Studios. The shower is super clean and it seems like it was recently remodeled. The room had plenty of towels and toiler paper and the room was clean.
  : When I arrived, I was told by the front person to send my booking reservation to a gmail account, that was weird. Then, I was assigned a room that did not match the pictures from booking, for instance, the room did not have a table/desk or a chair. Finally, I was assigned a parking spot at the entrance, super far from our room and the next day when we arrived from the park, the parking spot was taken and nobody was at the receptionist, so I had to park somewhere else.

  : Very close to Universal Studios Hollywood walking distance even. Room was clean. Walking distance to 7 Eleven, groceries and places to eat.
  : The outside of the hotel on the bungalow side needs a face lift. New paint and a little more cleaning. The A/C is a little loud and the street noise can be a little loud too. Restroom vent was dusty and the patch job on the ceiling wasn't too attractive.

  : Checking in process is tedious. Having to check in next door at the other Royale, when staying at the Gardens is annoying.Staff is wonderful and I understand they are just doing their job but making guests email the confirmation to the royales enail address at checkin took too much time when they had me in their system already. I couldn’t find it in my phone and stood there looking and looking and looking. Was hungry and tired, it just seemed like an unnecessary step, It should be easier/quicker. There’s got to be a more efficient way.
