  : Room size could have been bigger but can't complain as it was comfortable nevertheless, overall.Staff entered room while locked and without waiting for us to open on first day so need some checks there.Otherwise, great stay.

  : We stayed in the suite, which was perfect for our family of four. The pool/spa facility was very nice (it's in a separate location nearby and cost 20 Euros to use). The breakfast was also nice (it cost an extra 12 euros per person).
  : The air conditioning unit worked well cooling the main bedroom, but the separate small bedroom for the kids stayed warm.

  : The traditional part of the hotel is lovely with a fine restaurant and breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. It was great to have a small pool and spa on site which we used on a rainy day. Our room was very clean with a good shower. The location was good, close to the cathedral, a tram stop and several cafes/restaurants.
  : We were in the annex and the room was rather bland and modern, not one of the quirky rooms pictured. There was a lot of street noise at night and our mattress was uncomfortable, so we slept badly.

  : The location was good.
  : First of all, by the time I arrived, they were going to show me my room, and it was not made, so they checked like 5 other rooms in different floors, and they were not ready either (I arrived around 9pm).When they finally gave me a room, I had a shower and I was going to use the hair dryer and it started to smell like burning, it was not blowing air and it started to smoke. I called reception to tell about this problem and instead of giving me a hair dryer that I could plug, they gave me the keys of the room in front of mine so that anytime I had to use the hair dryer I had to change roomThe cleaning lady saw me in one of this changes room and he knocked on my room just to ask why I exited a room and entered in another one. EXCUSE ME? Who are you to ask? Totally inappropriate.I'm not even going to talk about the spa conditions. I went twice and the second one the hamman was not working and the jacuzzi was still cold.The second time I went to the spa, I left my things in the locker (which btw did not have towels and it is supposed to be at least one in the locker they give you) but I could not close it with the keys they gave me, so I left it closed but unlocked and I thought it was okay because there was no one else in the spa. After 15 minutes I wanted to check my phone and guess what, everything disappeared. My clothes, my phone, my key room. Thank God I didn't lock my room so I could wear something to go to the reception (in another building) and tell them to give me my things. I will definitely not coming back.
