  : Super clean, warm and cosy on arrival. Was worried the fridge would be noisy at night but the noise seems to switch off overnight!

  : The room had no lock... so for 2 nights i entered the flat without any code or password which means anybody else could have as well when i was out

  : The front door keypad was very high for me, and as it took several tries to open the door, I felt vulnerable as I stood stretching up in full view of a main street. The vertical blinds need some repairs, so didn't close properly on one side (Great curtain design). The single glazed windows didn't keep out noise or cold.Tea and coffee sachets were at the back corner of a high cupboard shelf. I had to get a chair to stand on to reach - a very tall chair, not the safest to use for this. None of the plates, etc were easy to reach, but fortunately I wasn't going to eat in.There was nowhere to put suitcases etc apart from on the heated floor. I suggest adding a low table or luggage holder to avoid problems. Likewise some towel rails or hooks in the bathroom would be a help as there was nowhere to put them.Wifi password was tricky, so the evening contact from staff was a big help. (NB The person writing it out in Phonetic Alphabet needs to learn the difference between Lima and Lemur. LOL.)
