  : - Good location- Soundproofing rooms- The rooms have everything you need- Almost all the staff were friendly
  : When I checked into the room there was a dirty pillow and a dirty duvet cover on my bed- During the two days I stayed, no one cleaned the room. I had to specially ask the staff to take out the trash and change the towels- Some reception staff should be more polite- Wi-fi went off during my stay. The staff said that their provider decided to update the system and the network stopped working. As a result, there was no wi-fi from 1:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. I couldnt work and the saddest thing was that I missed the US Open final. I understand that this wasn't the hotel's fault, but management should have a backup plan for such cases. Or they should compensate clients for these inconveniences, because choosing a hotel we also paid for the opportunity to use wi-fi all of the time

  : Very confortable room and great bed. We had a beautifull view and the hotel is close to the center and near several bus and the bus station. We also really liked the restaurant, where we tried burgers and cocktails. The staff was kind at both hotel and restaurant.

  : Loved our room which was spacious, clean, comfortable with such a lovely view. Room service tenderloin was delicious. Access to Sky gym and Sauna was appreciated. Location was perfect right next to central train station and bus terminal. It was an easy stroll to the old town, harbour and shopping street. Many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and pubs nearby too.
  : We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didnt replace coffee sachets at all. We had to call reception who kindly brought it to our room but next day it was still not replaced. We also had to call many times before getting through to restaurant for room service. Shampoo and shower gel dispensers are frustrating to use.
