: The location, parking, cleanliness and comfort. Our unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, next door to a wonderful indoor pool. The unit was filled with anything you could possibly need for your stay. Overall, this was the best accommodation value I have ever had in my many years of travel.
: Not much. One simple note however, the tile floors could have used a little more attention when cleaned. They felt gritty to us. In my opinion, I would never have complained because it was so minor. I only mention it in this review.

: Loved the balcony. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Comfy sofa's with a huge TV. Beds were nice and comfortable. Loved the hot tub. The walkway to the beach was step free, all ramps, very nice. I will be returning to this facility
: Just wished they would update the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and tops. All original never updated. Perfect rating if they would upgrade this.

: It took two days to get a usable code for the door code. Family had to spend one night with us at our local home because they could not get into the room with the code supplied.
: Asked for a one nights refund. Vacasa refunded less than a third on the nightly charge after agreeing to refund one nights charge. They refused appeal for the full refund.
