  : We went to our room took us over 5 min to get in the door handle was broke. Someone was given the kids to our room and walked in on us and the person at the front desk told this person it is ok we will get you a first floor room it is better rooms anyways. The air conditioner barley worked and it was a suite so the bedroom had no cooling at all. The pull out couch had dirty sheets in and was so bad the springs were poking through so one person had to sleep on the floor. The refrigerator did not work was in coldest setting and was not even cool. The next day we were locked out of our room because the door handle did not work even the work could not get in he had to reprogram the suite 2nd door which our key did not work on which we were not told. When I asked for a discount he said I would have to call back and talk to manager. But he would put the max in he could $15 a night. I said with all we went through that is it. I was told the manager would call me back never heard from the manager and when I called again the next day was put on hold for 26 min then when I called back for the 2 hours my call was sent to voicemail. Was told again the manager would call and still 3 days later nothing.

  : Breakfast was very good. The young lady who looked after the breakfast constantly checked on the food and replenished when necessary. She tidied up the table and put the chairs back in place with great attention to detail.
