  : Location was perfect
  : We had our registered service dogs with us and presented their papers and was still charged an additional $150 pet fee. When showed the law regarding this, the staff was extremely rude and told us they didn't care and charged us anyways.

  : Apparently my room had been flooded or something the week before and mgmt still chose to book it. It was very musty and sour smelling.

  : The sheets had stains and everything else on them. It looks like they were the same ones. We had used it when we were there a few days beforehand. They need to stop using the plug-ins that they use. They are not good for anyone's health

  : Our bed had old blood on the sheets there was hair in the bed it was Gum on the head broad we try to get another room after we saw that but the lady said we would have had to say something when we first went in the room she couldn't give us another room untill the next day well we didn't get one the next day no one came to see if we would to move to another room or if we were ok with that one we didn't like it at all so the manager was called he said he would make sure we gat another room the next day but didn't see or hear from him the day so we learned from this trip about a room bathroom was very clean to tell the truth I believe some one had that room and wasn't clean after that because the pillows case wasn't cleaned I try to get a refund for one of the day after I saw that but they told me I had to go through booking.com to get a refund so I had to stay in n the same room 2 days don't get me wrong it was very good hotel to stay but I would like to get a refund on one of my days or just get a free room the next time the property was good it was the bed
