  : Yes...we had trouble with the door locking..the layout of the home was odd and was definitely not explained to us when booking. We stayed for two nights and two out of the two nights we were there, we thought there was a person right next door.

  : I love the little house and the location. Just a short walk to the beach.
  : The air conditioner in both bedrooms didn't work at all. Vacasa was very helpful and offered to relocate us to a different unit or a partial credit.

  : This property is very close to Beach Access 2. The roof top was great to watch fireworks.
  : The appliances are way outdated. Very low water pressure throughout the whole house.

  : We had no Air Conditioning and killed about 4 cockroaches during our stay. So we didnt stay in our rooms instead we opted for the sofa bed when to this day I have back pain from.

  : Good location, cute, comfortable house. plenty of room.
  : The bed sheets had not been washed. There were what looked like blood stains (nurse here), and dirty sheets. The pillows themselves were stained. Slept on a towel the first night, went to the store and bought laundry detergent to wash the sheets. Not how I want to spend a vacation. In the middle of a pandemic this is unacceptable. I was very grossed out and highly disappointed. Messaged the property manager when we got back and the said they would get back with me but received any follow up.

  : Lots of live large roaches. Front yard not mowed thus lots of mosquitos even during the day. Furniture cushions look very dirty. Back gate/fence was broken and hard to get to back yard. No outside garbage bin. I had to call to get one. This was our 4th stay at the Kent House and it was never like this.
