  : There was nothing satisfying about our stay, everything was filthy and dirty. Although the staff was very likeable and helping for extra stuff we needed for the room. And the location was fairly close to the beach.
  : When we first checked in the room was definitely not cleaned prior to check in. The floors were not swept, dirty used towels, opened complimentary shampoo/conditioner packets. Shower was also very small and unsanitary.

  : Very responsive staff. When air conditioner quit and started coating everything with condensation, very accommodating staff shifted me to another room immediately. Conveniently close to the beach. It sorta looks like they are gradually upgrading an old facility -- nice new ceramic flooring, walls newly textured and painted. However, no pictures on the wall, giving the room the feel of a jail cell. But for $39 a night, compared to $175 elsewhere, so maybe I shouldn't be complaining.
  : Very limited parking the first weekend -- had to park on the street. There were a number of oddities: no blankets, they have been put away for the season and nobody had a key. Toilet flapper leaked in the first room, so toilet ran every 90 seconds or so. I should have complained, but didn't. Only hot water in the first room's tub/shower -- hot and extra hot. Bathroom sink seemed about to fall off the wall -- it made a clinking sound and rocked forward if you touched it. Security latch on the door constantly stuck, making getting in and out annoying. Comfy mattresses, but on rough, very old plywood platforms that scratched. Furniture was very shabby in the first room, homemade from plywood whose paint had worn, giving the room an overall shabby, unmaintained. Second room was better. But it was $39 a night, compared to $175 elsewhere, so maybe I shouldn't be complaining.
