: Location to the beach.
: The amenities were not as stated in the listing. No internet was available to us. When we called we were told that they would have it fixed with in the hour. That was at 4:40 pm the call never came and the Internet password still was not working. I stopped waiting and call them back around 8 pm after having a the agent assist for about thirty min she told us she reach the supervisor but then got disconnected he was suppose to call us. She kept helping us waiting for him to call our other line. The call never came so I disconnected with her and called him after she provided his number. He answers the phone on the second ring I told him who I was and the issues that I was having with the Internet not taking password. He stated and I quote the Internet is down on the island can you hold I was on hold for two min and then the call disconnected tried to call back and no answer straight to voice mail. Just like the 2nd agent told me she was getting. I called back got a third agent he offered me $25 and told me to use my own hot spot (which I dont have) and that he would sent a tech next morning and that they would call before they arrive. We waited until 11 decided not to waste our vacation waiting on a tech and to never use that company ever again.

: Bedding was nice. Washer and dryer were convenient. Plenty of clean towels available.
: There were only two cups. Pans and dishes were old. Internet did not work, even after someone went to fix it. Bathroom door in master bedroom was broken and didn't shut. One of the lamps in master bedroom was missing a knob and could not be turned on for softer lighting. Stove was also missing a knob. Decor was very outdated. Rugs were dingy. No bbq pit/area. Patchy paint throughout inside of condo. Didn't not create the smooth and relaxing vacation environment we were hoping for.
