  : Had a sleepless stay. Ac was not working properly. Temperature not staying cool, and would get hot.Water backing up on both showers dirty water coming out of showers. No comforters on beds.Not all controls had batteries. Master room bed made a lot of noise when you move. Mattresses need to be replaced. Maintenance guy, whent by the 2nd day just to say he needed to replace thermostat since it was not cooling but it was never replaced since he had to order. We did not sleep comfortable both nights.We could have stayed in cheap motel. I was expecting to get a comfortable condo due to price with no inconvenience, and I was wrong.

  : One of the bedroom king mattress was falling apart. The bed frame was broken making uncomfortable. The other room was great!

  : I will never rent from Va Casa again. They are, without a doubt, the worst company that I have dealt with. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Any time you try to reach them on the phone, it is at least an hour wait. Your phone would run out of battery before you get to talk to anyone. Then they suggest you to text them so they can simply ignore you. For example, both the wifi network and password that they gave me were wrong. So here we went, it was an hour and half before someone came to help us. Finally, it was bed time, then I noticed there were only sheets and no cover on the bed, so how were we supposed to sleep. And here we went again, by the time we got through to someone, they told us all their maintenance crew had gone for the day, we would get nothing before next day. Just unbelievable that anybody could treat their customers like this and still be in business.

  : Didn't like that we had to restart wifi so many times to get it to work. The sofa was broke and we couldn't sit on it or pull it out so my son could sleep on it.

  : I loved the location of this place. It was walking distance to everywhere we needed to go!
  : I didn't like that our check in time was at 4, we got there at 3:50 it wasn't ready so we left, came back about 30 minutes later and the cleaning lady was still there. So we went in anyway being that it was past 4:00. She quickly finished n left. Then at night when we were ready for bed my grandson was going to sleep in the livingroom sofa sleeper n it was broken! We couldn't even put it back away. We had to call maintenance the next day. After 3 calls they went n put it back. But my grandson ended up on the floor again the second night. Also no extra blankets, sheets n pillows. One of the representatives told me they would give us a discount for the inconvenience. But as of now I haven't heard from anyone. The place was nice n comfortable. I just think maybe upgrading the furniture would make it much nicer n better.The livingroom furniture was old n very dirty. Sofas were really bad n not to mention the patio chairs were so badly rusted!! Time for new patio furniture too! But with all that being said it was nice n we still enjoyed our little vacation. Thank you!
