  : Had a lovely weekend. The room was basic but incredibly clean and the en-suite looked newly done. It lacked a few little touches like pictures on the wall or a cushion on the settee which would have brightened the room up, a wardrobe would have been useful. Having a kettle and tea & coffee handy though. I did find the room a little chilly through the night but that’s more to do with hubby nicking the quilt ( at home I at least have a top sheet left). The central heating was fine otherwise but it went off about 10.00.The breakfast was delicious and filled you up for the day. The staff were very nice and friendly. It was good value and a great location for walking into town and along the sea front. We would definitely go back!
  : The heating could have come on a little bit in the night just to warm it up although it did come on early so it was warm getting up for breakfast.A wardrobe would have been useful.

  : Great location with parking permit included if you can find a space. Room was very spacious and freshly decorated which was clean and simple but met all our needs hot drink facilities in the room and TV. Bathroom looked brand new was small but adequate. Breakfast was fantastic plenty of food. Cereals and full English on offer with choice of hot drinks and juice. The main areas are a little dated but very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful would stay here again.
  : A little out dated in the dining area and bar area ( which was closed during our stay) could do with a little modernization.
