  : I loved the fact that you had your own tub in the room.
  : It was dated it needed some TLCIt was in dyer need of some repairs and upgrades it's too nice of a room to be so outdated The room was not worth the price at all. It smelled like smoke, the tv remote didn't work, the comforter was soiled, the towels was stained. Thank God I had my own blanket and towels in the car because I just came from a cross town trip. I paid for a large room I was given a small one.

  : I liked how quiet it was and the general room setup. I also liked that they provided more towels and washclothes than previous visits.
  : The cleanliness could have been better. I found a spider near the jacuzzi drain and another on the shower wall. I also had to kill a bug flying around and there was another still flying around. There was also a big spider web on the light fixture on the ceiling. Several of the washcloths and towels had marks and stains, and one of them was just not clean at all with dirt and hair still on it. I also had to clean the ice bucket, especially the lid because it was still very dirty even with hair and gunk on it. One of the pillowcases had dirt or a stain on it. The sheets also had a hole and the other had a hole as if it was burned by a cigarette. Part of the rug near the door and behind the couch was destroyed and dingy looking. The fireplace even looked overused and very ashy. I have had plenty of visits where these weren't issues and it just gave a dirtier vibe than usual. I would have requested another room, but he already informed me that the others were not as nice as this one.

  : Where to begin this was a complete night mare...my husband book this place for me as a birthday gift. When we arrived and checked in around 330pm the room wasn't the cleanest nor quietest however me and my husband tried to make the best of the night we left the hotel room around 6pm to go grab dinner and we returned around 9ish when we returned we were up enjoying the rest of the night in the hot tube after we had to clean it out. My husband began to hear nosies by our door around 230-3ish in the morning. I own a 2019 black dodge durango that was parked directly outside our door. When my husband went to the door an looked through the peek hole he seen two males in our vehicle. Which he banged loudly on the door to alarm them an set the panic button off . Once the alarm went off they all ran out. We then came outside to find two spansih cleaning ladies and a Indian maintained guy who all said they witnessed 3 people break into my car an then ran off. Directly outside our room was two cameras once I noticed that I went directly into the office and began to explain it to some guy who claimed to be the Manger and should be on the police report as well. However when I approached him and explained to him the situation and requested he look at cameras and refund me he became aggressively unprofessional and kicked me and my husband out the office. Which I then contacted the police who ended up obtaining the video and was also able to identify the the people who broke into my car was actually staying in the room directly next to me and while the officer are on the sence they got a call regarding an over dose in room 127. I have a copy of the police report which I would be happy to provide you with I ended up having to commute all couple hours away back home
