  : I liked the location. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bar staff was accommodating.
  : The facility is not cleaned. When I checked in I found out the pillow was stained with blood and I found a long hair on the bed sheet. This didnt stop here. I put the dirty towel on the ground hoping they would change it, instead they put it on the rack! ( I feel lucky I checked it before I use!)A day later when I had a cleaning service they put a stained dirty sheet. next day I put it on the ground hoping they would replace it with a new one, however they put the same dirty one !!! Unbelievable! More over one day before the checked out day one of the 2 make up removers was replaced with something else by someone who had an access to the unit. It smelled like a urine ( omg I put it on my face) I brought this up to the hotel. The lady I spoked with she listened to my story. The manger cut our conversation and she said if I dont like it I can go somewhere else. I stayed there for 6days. I waited until the day I leave to address my concerns. Because I dont like to complain. I want to relax during my vacation. I talked to the manager again. I said this is not how you are supposed to handle the situation. She said she is mad because Im accusing her staff. I said Im not accusing anyone. I said Im just expressing my experience. In the end she told me next time go to 5 stars hotel. I was speechless. Beside my make up remover story (which was replaced with a toilet water ( I scooped up the toilet water to see if the smell and color were similar) , the apartment was not cleaned at all. It doesnt have to be 5 star hotel for cleanliness. This is something basic. There is no Wi-Fi. They say there is Wi-Fi in common area I stayed there for 6 days there was no Wi-Fi at all.

  : The pool staff were friendly.
  : The apartment was mis-sold. There was supposed to be a sofa bed and there wasnt. The room was dirty and old with an old microwave randomly on a wall in the lounge. We travelled as 2 adults and 3 children but this apartment was nowhere near the size suggested. No sun loungers available and clearly overbooked as it looked like we were out in a staff stay over room right at the back with all the laundry. Dirty and run down.

  : Wifi was terrible we couldn't use it in our rooms Air condition was in main room so in our small rooms was very hot.. We love pools thats why we selected this hotel. The swimming pool was open until 19:00. Honestly, we didn't expect this. We are used to using the pool after 20:00 However, after 10 days, we couldn't use it even once.

  : Beds Pillows Dated furniture , old doors that catch on the floor and are difficult to open and make so much noise . Cleaners coming into vacated apartments very earl and cleaning waking us up . NI Air con in bedroom!!!!!! Noise ( constant from garbage being collected in middle of the night , people talking making noise all times of the night . Music and entertainment not stopping on time to allow people to sleep. Brits drinking to much and making noise No freezer in fridge Dated microwave wave Inadequate kitchen ware Just to much NOISE 24 hours a day!! We didn't have one night were we were not woken up several times but internal and external noise! Worst holiday we have every had , worst hotel . Feel cheated . Couldn't wait to come home!

  : Location was great. 5-10 minute walk to a big Aldi for supplies and the main shopping/eating areas. Few minutes further to the beach. The staff were all really friendly, spoke good English and the food portions in the snack bar and restaurant were large and good value. They also offered a takeaway option so you could take food back to your apartment. The communal areas were kept clean and tidied. They also fed cats which was nice to see. There was a self serve launderette on site too.
  : The one bedroom apartments had much larger living space. We were in a 2 bedroom which meant the lounge was tiny. There was no oven and, frustratingly no freezer box in the fridge to make ice cubes but you could buy ice from the bar at 1 euro a cup.
