  : The rooms where way were too old for a 4star hotel. The rooms were not equipped with katle or any other beverages. As to the restaurant - there were no options to eat lunch or dinner bit the buffet. The hotel was too noisy.

  : Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Great swimming pool and plenty of sun beds. Clean room. The hotel has an old fashioned feel about it but that adds to its charm for me. Good value for money.
  : Hotel is situated quite a way up in the hills from the beach. This is a small complaint as the hotel offer a free bus service regularly to the beach throughout the day. We also had a hire car so not a big problem.

  : Hotel was nicely placed and easy to get to. We found the food at breakfast was OK but unless you had freshly cooked items the food was not hot. The room lacked coffee making facilities but we were provided a kettle and cups after asking at reception. The hotel was kept clean although the tops in the bedroom were not wiped down during our stay.
  : Our room was noisy in the early morning, 6.00 am, due to lift noise, our room was not near the guest lifts so I assume this was the service lifts, and either kitchen of cleaning staff getting ready for the day. Our room was above the kitchens.

  : I stayed at Valentin Son Bou for 1 week all inclusive on my own and had the best time.Upon arrival, my room had a leak from the aircon but within half hour I got moved to another room (with a sea view which was an upgrade!)All staff were extremely nice, either at the restaurant, bars, cleaning and reception.The pool was amazing, and there were always subbeds available.There is a free shuttle to the beach which is convenient, but I wasnt a fan of Son Bou beach, I think other beaches in the island are more stricking.The location is a bit isolated so if you want to do something at night you definitely need a vehicle.I rented a scooter for 2 days from reception and I definitely recommend it, its the best way to explore the island!The food was good with a lot of choice.Overall Id definitely want to come back!
  : Music/entertainment was really loud until 11pm.Also I wished there were a couple more choices of cocktails in the all-inclusive package.

  : Rooms have no sound proofing - can hear hotel music/entertainment from outside all hours of the day. Room entrance doors like cardboard so can hear all other guests outside room. Cleaning begins early so plenty of noise from rooms adjacent and above due to beds/furniture being moved around.

  : - room we were given (F00) had was not very comfortable, no electrical charges near beds, no space to put belongings or luggage - evening entertainment was subpar
