  : It is just 5 mins away walking from the main street, it is very comfortable and has a nice view.
  : There were no coffee filters to use and make coffee. It has only air-conditioner to keep the room warm in the winter. It was very cold and snowy outside and not warm enough for me inside.

Disappointing

  : good location in the centre of Sofia.
  : apart from the location would not stay here again. You can hear al the noise from outside and from the apartment next doors. When neighbours are talking or their phone is ringing the sound was so clear that it looked like if it was in the apartment itself.

  : Location was very convenient and there was an iron heater available in the room. No hair dryer though.
  : Entering the hallway of the room and it already smelled unpleasant, also lack of a clothes rack to hang your jacket. The room itself smelled like it had been smoked regardless of the 'smoking forbidden' sign. The bathroom was a bit mouldy and the shower head leaked. Did not find hooks to hang your wet towel in the bathroom. The furniture was old and the whole room had a feeling of being worn out and not maintained. It wasn't dirty just crying for new paint and renovation. The window blinders did not block the light and at night the room was illuminated by the street lights right until the day light takes over. So if you like to sleep in complete darkness (or sleep at all) that's not gonna happen. Noise wise, the walls are thin and you hear the neighbors. The room is facing a busy boulevard and gets shaken (literally) by the passing by trams, the noise from which resembling thunderstorm.. I rented this room/studio because I was hoping to stay in a place where one can feel a bit more private and comfortable while traveling, but I guess a hotel room would've been a better choice.

  : so cold at night, even with the heating on - super uncomfortable bed. really loud environment. waited for ages to get access to the property, wasted so much of our time.
