  : Perfect location if you are traveling from East to West. We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay.

  : Jordan the front desk person at check in was excellent and helpful in the afternoon, Salina the night person was rude and confrontational.
  : Pet friendly room was tiny. I booked on line and the photo I chose was not the room. They were full I was told this was all they had, I have a disability and could not be on the second floor where there are no elevators! My cat is a show cat. We pulled a 19airstream but stayed in pet friendly hotels because of high temperatures. Jordan told me we could park in the empty Tesla charging station which was empty, at. 930 pm during a thunder storm Salina said we had to move it. When I told her Jordan told us to park there she became rude and denied he would do that. Some manager called our room from an offsite location and threatened to tow us! Jon an employee was super nice he helped us relocate our trailer.I would never stay here again. Salina and the gm were beyond rude. We had left enough space for four charging stations, in the early morning all stations remained empty. I was told the hotel belongs to the local mayor. We had many places to park but I think Jordan said to park there because of my disability. Salina needs to refresh her customer service manners!

  : Nothing, dirty, filthy, should be burned to the ground. Disgusting to say the least. We are making out staff stay up in ALBQ.

  : It was a plus to have the coffee & flavored creamers available prior to 6am. My second floor request was honored & the tv and refrigerator were both working. Having a refrigerator that is working properly is important to my race trips in order to keep my fruits & coconut waters cool for race day!
  : The bathtub had a issue with draining. Once I removed the tub plug the water emptied correctly. There was no paper tv guide for the locals channels. I managed to lose 45-90 seconds of my TV time searching. LOL.

  : The room air conditioning worked great and it was quiet.The beds were clean and comfortable. Parking was right outside the room.
  : The room and bathroom are quite small.

  : No light bulbs in some lights; noone bothered to answer phone when we vall enroute. Desk clerk "could not find" an extract pillow as they did not know where housekeeping kept them.
