  : Everything, we turned up and there was no staff so I rang the bell numerous times, I even stood in the reception and rang the hotel phone number from my phone and nobody came so we went over to the pub across the road for an hour thinking we will try again shortly. We went back over and tried the bell again and no answer, I then rang the number and a woman appeared looking out of sorts and stoned. I asked her why no one answered and why we have been kept waiting over an hour to get in, she called me a liar and said that the phone doesn't work, so o rang it whilst she was there with me and guess what, the phone rang. I asked her for s refund and she said no because I had booked it with booking.com I looked at the room and decided to leave the key in reception and went back home so I can't comment on the room. I will never go here again!!!

  : Central in the town for Skipton. Good breakfast and lovely staff.
  : We had a leak from the above room which wasn’t ideal. I thought it was a little expensive against other properties.

  : The hotel is in a central location. A parking permit was provided and the carpark is a couple of minutes walk away.The superior king was a nice size room with plenty of space. The whole room was clean and comfortable, with nice furniture, bedding and towels. You had to give a time and choice of breakfast which was served in the room. Breakfast was on time and lovely.
  : Our friends had the front room were you could hear the night club next door.An issue with the door fobs not working caused problems with us not being able to enter our room and having to wake the reception up.
