  : The location was great,just the wrong place to stay.
  : The mould,the smell of sick the dirt,not being able to use the balcony and not able to cook properly as there was no cooker,only 1 hotplate,we couldn't even have toast could not use the lift as it didn't work properly.

  : This was so close to what we needed for the weekend. The apartment was great but if you have less mobility, think about which floor you may be on. There is a stair lift to first floor but none above that. The areas are clean for what you need. Although is tired around the edges. Has been recently painted from what I saw. Staff was exceptional. Took time out for us and helped with bags. thank you ....oh and exceptional value for money even a welcome tray with tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, crisps and water. Now that's not bad for self catering.

  : Appartment to small futon 6inch from the ground no hot water noise people running about above us no utencils management not answering the phone the place was disgusting for the money we payed the so call appartments are only fit for working men i think booking . com should go visit these place before recommending to the public and manager no help

  : Beds were super uncomfortable we all woke up with back aches and struggled to sleep, definitely not suitable for someone who is pregnant the mattresses are awful and the sofa bed impossible to sleep on. Shower held up with a hair bobble and filled really quick you have to keep turning it off so it doesnt over flow. You do not get cleaners which wouldnt be too much of an issue except not enough towels. Pillows had a bad smell like grease and pots smelled bad too, bathroom light flickered. A minor issue was no full length mirror and you are not allowed to use their car park unless you have a pier view. The owner was kind and let us use a parking spot as on booking.com it said first come first served and he said it hadnt been updated on booking.com. On the plus side the location was perfect
