  : Gluten free breakfast is extremely limited and not good value for money. No effort made to try and accommodate people with allergies, I felt like I was an inconvenience

  : Very clean, good breakfast, excellent dinner in the restaurant. The location is superb.We made a mistake with our booking and the manager made every effort to make things right, even though it was our mistake! Highly recommended.

  : The location was excellent and the housekeeping was great.
  : The pools did not seem as though they were cleaned daily ? The bathroom smelt so badly of sewage the whole week and the reception staff were at the most pleasant but not particularly helpful or over friendly and this was a shame , I told them in advance that this was for a very special birthday occasion and paid extra for a better sea view room but there were no happy birthday even ! No iron and no kettle so all in all could have been a lot better

  : The hotel is beautifully situated in the outskirts of Sitges. The view from the hotel and closeness to the harbour and beach is a highlight. Then I also liked how big the rooms were and the personalisation of having art everywhere around. Service and staff were fine.
  : I would really start updating the facilities. You can see water damage inside the rooms and somewhere in the halls and open areas. The elevators are super slow and the breakfast is rather mediocre. Super strange to have a Kitchen like thing in the rooms but there is no sink or any tools or glasses - just take it out of the rooms. Also the dark wood panels just make things look really outdated. And to have the shower glass so small that it doesnt cover any water when one is taking a shower.

  : The water kept changing temperature while you were taking a shower and the hot was very hot. It was quite difficult as well because its a bathtub.
