  : Shower fixtures falling off lights mounted on the walls were falling off one is off 1 room when turning light on and off would shock me. Very dirty rooms mobit was multiple areas where people were smoking marijuanaIn their rooms strong odor of it everywhere

  : The bed was the only good thing about this place.
  : The front desk attendant was not available for at least 10 minutes until I found her in a vestibule with three other people. Not sure what they were doing, but as a 65+ senior being approached by this group after I came there looking for an employee was very unnerving. The toilet refilled every 5 minutes throughout the night. Dogs barked in the hallways in the morning. A main train line runs right past the hotel, and the blow their horns at all times throughout the night. The condition of the room was deplorable. The chairs were worn out. There were exposed electrical wires. The heat/cooling unit had mould on the output vent. The bathroom door did not close. Even though we had booked for two people, there was only one bath towel, one hand towel and one face towel. We hated this room so much that we sat in the neighboring restaurant until it closed before coming back to our room.

  : staff was super friendly, very nice person at the front desk.
  : first room I checked into was terrible, the first thing I always do is check under the mattress for bedbugs and stains, found a loaded syringe, I went and got the employee and she couldn’t believe it either, she immediately got us a new room and was very apologetic and seemed truly concerned. the second room was better but needed updated as well as the whole complex. don’t have a remote for the tv and the front desk person tried several remotes she had but with no luck. the place needs a complete remodel. the front desk person again was super and probably should be working at a better place.

  : I like the location. It is convenient to be able to walk.
  : The main restroom was out of order, the front doors going into the lobby would not open or close when walking up to them, the ladies at the front desk were not professional at all.
