  : It needed the little things. No coffee, no matches/lighter, the cards were 'mini'?, no guides/area info, ect.. No dish soap.The hot tub is far away in a different building.

  : We liked the location and the set up.
  : Despite my attempts to get information about checking in early or how/when we could access the pool and hot tub, I did not receive any responses back to answer my questions. Once we were there, we found the clubhouse (pool) on our own and saw that it was closed indefinitely due to Covid. There was no mention of that when I researched the property or booked our stay. The pool and hot tub were the main reason we wanted to stay the night and made our reservations where we did. We were all very disappointed to learn the facilities were closed and that that information had not been disclosed during the reservation process. Additional, we paid more in cleaning fees than we did for the unit itself, so I expected an immaculately clean and sanitized unit. There were cobwebs in the kitchen light fixture, directly above the kitchen table, debris on the floor, and I found strands of hair (that did not belong to any of us) on the floor, on the pillows, and on the sheets when I pulled back the covers. That is unacceptable, especially given the increased cleaning rates during the pandemic. Lastly, the only other perk we were excited to take advantage of during our stay was the wood-burning fireplace. While we appreciated the wood and tools provided, there was not a single match or lighter found in the entire unit. We had to make a trip to the grocery store just to get matches so that we could enjoy a fire in the fireplace.

  : I liked that the property was near where we had booked tubing and snowboarding. The view was awesome!
  : I wish the property had better communication via Booking.com. I booked through this app and assumed that was the best way to communicate. I needed to change my dates and wasn’t able to though the app and the property wasn’t very good and communicating so I could change my dates. When they finally did communicate it was too late. Also the property need to update their listing to include the pool not being opened. I booked this property specifically for the pool. Then my kids were disappointed when it wasn’t in service. I feel like due to not all amenities being open, there should be a bit of a discount for the stay. I paid almost 600.00 for the main amenities that are advertised to be closed.
