  : The view from balcony is amazing even if they gave us the last room on right side. I didn't understand why because other rooms were empty and available.
  : Personal dress stile and personal visible tired. No light in the night on balcony. No hot water in the shower. It was supposed to be my birthday dinner but instead it was a bid delusion as Dinner was a big disappointment in spite the very expensive price. I was surprised not to receive any congratulations from the personal as my wife secretly informed them when made the booking. In other countries you can even get a Champaign for free but this will never happened in Sweden. This is call marketing relation which obviously is missing with Siljansns personal. On their site the menu is different with what you get in the restaurant. Different prices as well. The description of "a la carte" menu was not very clear and obviously they "omitted" some important point: It was not mentioned that by ordering "vitello tonnato" you will get a tunnabrd (thin bread) field with some smack in which we couldn't feel any vitello or tunna or keepers. All food maybe 200 gr out of which 80 % tunnabrd. And above everything it was COLD dish which also was not mentioned neither in the menu nor by the servant lady. And this " sophisticate dish" for 25eur. A disaster! Without talking about wine prices which were 3 times more than market prices. Not realistic. If they really want to be snob with their hotel&restaurant then they have to change completely their strategy and become realistic. Hotel need rehabilitation too: balcony was really moulded and not painted for some years. Lucky that breakfast buff which was good well assorted and worm food. They still have to improve the bread quality otherwise it was ok and we could choose to eat something at breakfast.
