  : Not a single thing.
  : Even though we travelled with kids, they gave us a room on the boulevard, right above a Shawarma place! That resulted both in the room being sauna like hot and smelly as the fast-food place itself. The noise was another issue, as there were bunch of people till after 2 am. Therefore opening the windows was no option, because pf both the noise and the smell.

  : Once the booking was made I was called by the property saying that they are fully booked with the double rooms and it's the Booking website's fault that the rooms are still visible as available. Also they mentioned that they have a triple room available, but using another price even if my booking was for 2 persons.Only when I mentioned that I maybe also know this Horeca domain and as far as I know they must asume that the rooms are not cancelled on Booking or why they didn't proposed us a twin room by herself, not having me asking for this alternative first. I got as an answer that they don't have to asume Booking's fault because Booking is either way already selling the rooms "at a bigger price". In that moment I said that Okay, your calling purpose is not to help us, but to try to sell your rooms separately of Booking.In the end I was called by the receptionist names and I needed to hear the victim's suddenly changed behaviour exactly because I dared to stick to their assuming cooperation with Booking; she said: "as long as you also work into this field, you should already know that." It is in fact actually the other way around, exactly because I know the Hotel field, maybe I am already aware of the fact that they should behave differently...Totally unprofessional, even the person who was staying next to me and was able to hear the conversation said (even for two times) that the female receptionist (or whoever called us) was (as an opinion changed into a bit more elegant words: "rude and sounds a bit too much as a behaviour and words"
