  : The location was nice because there are many stores in a plaz right in front of the Hotel, plus I liked that there was a pool and the room looked cozy.
  : I didn't like the fact that there was not even a water bottle in the room, if you are thirsty in the middle o the night, bring a water bottle prior to going to the hotel. I disliked the small bathroom and the poor soap supply in the sink. Also usually bathrooms have some extra towels already there, but this time there was literally just one towel per guest. I stayed there 3 days with one kid. Also the air conditioning wa coming only cold, and it was not pleasant during the winter. But yes lack of water in the room was horrible for me, specially for the price an there is a coffee maker, but gues what, you need water to make coffe! I didn't like also that they serve breakfast included in the room but it's only a La Carte, so you pay and buy what you want there but the cafeteria is extremely little and ha barely anything. Also staff is barely there at night, and not at all welcoming or giving good customer service. Maybe not to me because I was not in a suit?! No idea.

  : The hotel was very nice and clean, staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely be returning whenever I am in CT.
  : The only thing missing was that they did not have continental breakfast. They should consider doing that!

  : The kids loved the pool area. We loved the Starbucks inside the hotel! It was clean and conveniently located to the highway and lots of food choices.
  : The stairs were hard to find and one of the 2 elevators was out of service. This resulted in really long waits for the elevator due to it being busy.

  : The room smelled like mold, it rained all day on Saturday and water was leaking from the roof at the entrance of the room door. Thankfully there were no leaks in the room.
