  : Loved the location. Easy to get to. A bear even walked by our cabin! Hot tub was clean. Cabin was very clean. Had all appliances that we needed and all were very clean. Outdoor grill was nice to have. Loved that we had a washer and dryer for laundry! Parking was easy. Loved having two decks overlooking the woods behind. Loved the dining room table- it’s an upgrade from what is in the pictures online and much nicer. Seats six people easy now. Loved the toys upstairs-- pool table was used nonstop by our 9, 11, 13 year old.
  : Ottoman in living room was smashed in and really an eye sore. Needs thrown out. It no longer looks like what you see in the picture!The upstairs bathroom is basically unusable because it is literally wide open- no privacy at all so the kids refused to use it which meant that five of us basically had to share the other modest sized bathroom. Needs a small barn door installed at minimum so it has the appearance of four walls. Honestly- this is probably the reason we wouldn’t book again- which is sad because we loved everything else but two usable bathrooms are important for a family of five. Not a big deal, but some the wall decor and furniture was a little worn out and in bad condition.

  : Was a little disappointed because the trees covered the view and maybe the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced but otherwise no other complaints

  : We had issues when we arrived the toilet was messed up and the heater the toilet was able to be fixed the next day but fireplace heater needed a new fan motor so we had to listen to the screeching from that the whole weekend cause it was cold and we sat in from of fire place to stay warm.

  : when using the upstairs shower the water leaked down into the kitchen light and soaked the kitchen floor when I called to inform customer service of this they first told me to keep the shower curtain inside the shower never mind the fact that water was literally leaking through to the next level of the house. He asked if I was cleaning the water up with towels i explained that we didn’t have extra towels to clean up the water with He finally said they would send someone out and that I should expect a call from them I never got that call and no one came out to my knowledge. we left for the day. the upstairs tv didn’t work and the lighting over the pool table didn’t work

  : The only complaint was that the hot tub seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while... there was a slimy build up possibly algae. Also the fire place didn’t work
