  : Dock tried to float away with my wife and 9 yr old daughter while they were on it. My wife cannot swim and they were both terrified. Nobody showed up to pull it back around, so we had to take our boat and do it ourselves. We wasted 1/2 day of our stay making their repairs so we could be able to still use the dock and missed out on some other activities we had planned for the evening. The contact number we had was to a lady that couldn't understand hardly anything you said. Finally I told her to have someone call me back that could understand me and help. After multiple phone calls, texts and emails (with pics), all I got was a Thank You for fixing their dock. No offers of extended stay or partial refund. Dryer wouldn't shut off on timer. Clothes were almost ready to burn. Hot Tub didn't work and was unclean. Upstairs stayed hot and downstairs cold. Tub barely drains while you shower and fills up 3-4".
