  : The house was ok. But on the second day we arrived at the property we had a snow storm and was without power for 3 days, so that means without water, heater and power. It was a pain. The property manager was very pleasant to work with. But it was nothing they could do I guess. So next time I will be sure to rent a house with City water and at least a gas or wood fireplace.The house really needs a good cleaning, there are cobwebs everywhere and dust. The trash is not convenient also, you have to drive at least 15-20min to get to it. And Gatlingburg it’s not a few minutes drive, it’s 42min without traffic, because we were there on Christmas week ( extremely busy) took us 1 hr e 10 min to get there. I think during the summer this property might be really pleasant If you are looking for a place that’s FAR from the main attractions and close to nature then this is good for you. I would not stay again because of distance and the issue the power.
