  : sof horrible. no light on outside of house to get to back where lock combination is on door. very dangerous at night with no light. tv in bedroom downstairs we couldnt get on. TVs are difficult to operate, but maybe thats just me.

  : The location was described as Pigeon Forge so thatbis what we expected;however, it was actually in Wears Valley which was a full 20 minute drive to PF and the drive up the mountain was very windy, steep, and narrow. My husband and I were very dissapointed and surprised at the location. Almost as soon as we arrived I called to get a refund and it was denied and we had literally only been there around 10 minutes.
  : The downstairs bed was comfortable but very very noisy to the point that our sleep was disrupted as we couldnt move a muscle with a noise. Also, the key pad was at the back door entrance which was very scary for my wife after dark as you are literally in the deep mountains In the backyard. Also after a day of shopping we noticed things were seemingly messed with and it seemed that someone had been in the cabin while we were gone. The blinds had been opened and the front door was left unlocked which we did not do and my wife was freaked out and we left a night early around midnight with a 2 1/2 hour drive home.

  : we went in December, it would be nice if the driveway could have been salted or cleared. we had some snow and we couldnt access the cabin for 2 days. but we took a chance going in winter

  : We loved the location it was away from the other cabins and road so we had privacy.
  : They had construction going on and we had some sketchy moments on the road with the big equipment going by.

  : Plenty of room. Location ok. When lights went out did communicate with company via text often. My child did enjoy the video games.
  : Lights too dim. Hot tub never got hot and couldn't get top of it off without it being super difficult to get top back on. Jets didn't work great either. TV was supposed to be left on but wasn't luckily I finally figured out how to operate it. Lights went out after a storm and no candles or flashlights there so had to go buy some and Lights went off around 4 pm and didn't come back on until 2 am. Water didn't work with lights off so couldn't flush toilet. We had been out horseback riding and riding utv and had to go to bed filthy. Bed downstairs not comfortable at all. Company didn't offer any compensation for money spent on flashlights etc or food we was unable to eat. Understand it was a storm and out of their control but an offer compensation would have been nice.

  : I loved that the cabin was tucked back and secluded. The woods surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Waking up every morning to the view was more than perfect.
  : The only complaint I could even begin to have was that the code lock was on the back door and we had to walk around to the back to get into the cabin. That wouldn't have been so bad but we went to a lot of dinner shows and we're coming in later at night. It was very dark trying to get to the back door. It would be much better if there was a motion light on the side of the cabin leading to back door. But other than that it was perfect.

  : BEWARE THEY HAVE BED BUGS! Its not as clean as it looks! BRING your own sheets if you wanna risk staying wish I wouldve knew this I wouldnt have even booked this cabin
