  : It's cheap. It's small. Pay for the extra parking that is available per the advertisement. It will save you about $60 in parking tickets etc...
  : The shower is awful. I understand the simplicity and size of room limits decorating capabilities. So why not go for comfortable instead. The shower head needs to be replaced. Why not splurge the 24.99 at home depot to get something decent for your guests. It would of made my stay much better if I could of enjoyed my showers.

  : - The studio unit is in a great location near bars and restaurants, and is fairly safe. - Self check in was appreciated. - The kitchen is nice to have and is moderately stocked. - Host is responsive. - The rooftop view is gorgeous and picnic tables are available.- Washer/Dryer are available down the hall at $4.25 for a full load. -Has potential to be a great place but fell short.
  : The unit wasn’t clean upon entry:- Place not dusted or swept. Dust on shelves and floor very dirty. - Sheets, towels, and dishrags not clean (had to wash ourselves). Additional dislikes: - WiFi does not work in the room, despite the listing saying so.- Room very hot upon entry (85 degrees Fahrenheit).- Bathroom light doesn’t work (dim lamp provided as alternative).- Shower will only provide one temperature, which is very hot.- The bed is not very comfortable.- More knives are needed in kitchen. - No TV remote provided. - Host asked if we could leave early for refund during the middle of our stay. - A lot of the hallways smell like cigarette smoke. - This is not a hotel. This is someone’s studio apartment.

  : It was roomy and comfortable. The location was excellent.
  : These guys should not be running a b&b. The information in advance was sketchy and late. I had to get a PayPal account to meet their demands for payment. The crank on the window was broken, and the screen unstuck. Nothing happened when I reported it.

  : Key code entry did not really work. Had to rely on a neighbor to let us in a few times. If they fix this important issue it would be an excellent place!

  : Location was where I needed to be because of family. Across from grocery store and lots of nice restaurants.
  : The web site doesn't say to prepay, but they cancelled my reservation because I didn't. They didn't clean the room thoroughly and left used sheets on the couch and chairs to cover them. The common areas like the elevator floor was dirty the whole week. Coffee and cups would have been nice.
