  : The room was comfortable and the staff was nice.
  : The pool room was dirty. The water for both the pool and hottub were foggy and grimy. The ice machine was broken on level 5 with no signs to say so.

  : Our room was ready when we arrived but we were charged a $20 fee for entering befor 4 pm. That is outrageous.

  : All the rooms were located a short distance from the elevator. Happy hour. Breakfast. Shuttle.
  : The lack of fresh food available. The restaurant/cafe was serving re-cooked food. The lobby furniture was very worn.

  : I like to lay out of the property, the inside design of the hotel rooms on the inside doors instead out on the outside and how they had the design of the lobby and restaurant and coffee
  : Only thing that was bad was the price and economy is not helping that

  : The location of the hotel was great and the breakfast was good.
  : when we arrived to our room their were 5 dirty glasses outside our door way. servant in and unpacked there was some hair on the toilet seat at first use. we then took a break to watch tv and our son found a pill on the floor. He is 12 and old enough not to touch it and we do think it might have been a vitamin. my husband flushed it even though i told him to tell front desk. weren't complainers. I just thought what if a baby or small child found it and consumed it. We left for remainder of day and returned later. As we prepared for bed my 2 sons went to pull out hides bed and a note was taped under cushions that stated it was broken don't use. we needed the bed so my husband had to go down to front desk. They gave us new room but to the pack and move at 10:45 after a long day of lacrosse was very frustrating.

  : Clean spacious good hot breakfast. Not much communication on how the “card” for breakfast worked and that we even had them on our key card envelope
  : The shuttle was out had to Uber They did offer to pay the Uber for travel from airport to hotel.
