  : Was put in a handicap room with a walk-in shower and had to mop up water on the bathroom floor everyday. When I discussed the issue with the front desk I was basically told that was the only room with a king when I booked my Reservation. No offer to switch rooms. A queen bed would have been fine.

  : The hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel being new was a big plus! The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. The person at the breakfast cafe was so nice and cheerful. FANTASTIC that they also serve as baristas and can make a great Starbucks latte! The bedding and pillows were fine. The sofa with table was a nice touch that we used to read or watch tv from. The hotel has easy I-5 access without being right on the freeway.
  : The mattress was too firm and also felt sort of lumpy. Made for an uncomfortable (2) nights sleep for both my husband and I. The bathroom door would bang open and hit the hook, or something, if you didn't catch it and ease it to the wall. It seems like eventually there will be damage because of this. The hotel would be wise to remedy this before there is damage that needs repair. Please add 1 more towel to the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and it would have been nice to have more than 3 bath towels. The cafe was only open until 10:30 a.m. We would have ordered lunch more than once if it had been open. The parking is very tight. Guessing there isn't much that can be done about that thought. We are planning to stay again in a few weeks. We almost considered changing due to the crummy mattress, but the location fits our needs very well.

  : I ordered one type of room but didn’t get it. We we’re supposed to be in a king with a sofa bed. At first we just got a king, then they switched us to the basement t level with a queen and a sofa. Sucks I paid for a bigger bed and room. The bathroom was not super clean
