  : Location was great. Associated restaurant Saint Bibiana is gorgeous and delicious.
  : For the most part the staff was good with the exception of the pool. One of the men at the “towel hut” at the pools was definitely not friendly. He refused us a towel after we arrived and checked in. Was told by manager of Pool restaurant (45 after opening) that she had “no ice or anything” when I asked for a glass of ice water after being reprimanded for bringing a tumbler in a desperate attempt to be able to obtain and keep ice cold water in the 95 degree heat. Location of our room was above what I believe is the service entrance so NOOOOO sleeping in for us! Housekeeper left old empty take out food boxes in our room after service. ALTHOUGH THEY ADVERTISE LATE NIGHT (after 10pm) BY HAVING A MENU IN EACH GUEST ROOMS AND ON THEIR WEBSITE…we were told “oh yeah we’re about to stop doing that” when we called down to order. And perhaps they will stop that particular service soon but if they haven’t stopped it yet and are still advertising they amenity, then they should be providing they service until the time comes that they DO stop. So super inconsistent around the protest based on who you happened to be dealing with at the moment. So we have some super lovely staff and then some not so much. Above all, the hotel needs to streamline their program and then apply it accordingly so that guests can experience consistent and organized services.

  : Stunning hotel with beautiful rooms! Loved the breakfast/coffee hour in the morning.
  : It definitely has some growing pains from being a rather new hotel. Service was on the slower side but it seemed it was rather due to people being unorganized and understaffed or many times not staffed at all. Eg: I had asked for tea out on the terrace but they didn’t have any - I don’t think I’ve heard of a hotel not having tea when it has a restaurant/cafe/bar.AC didn’t work in our room and we only found out when we got back from dinner and were about to head to bed around midnight. Handling was polite but pretty slow - I would have appreciated a pragmatic quick approach as it was late and more indepth dealings the next morning.

  : The hotel is very well decorated.
  : I wish I had my towels changed (although have asked for it several times). Also the barman didn’t know how to make a Fitzgerald (well know drink). It is a pricey hotel, service could be better! The cleaning in my room was not that good as well!

  : The decor and vibe. Room was quiet and loved the shower tiles and design. Enjoyed the pool and the club sandwich there was excellent. Enjoyed riding the bikes you provided and had a nice dinner at the restaurant. The pool had good service.
