  : I asked to extend checkout time in a couple of emails and never heard back. Would have liked an extra hour.

  : The house was well equipped and the grounds were beautiful.
  : There were several torn screens and outlets that didnt seem to work. Also additional fees were quite high.

  : Amazing location. Nice cabin. Comfortable beds.
  : Hot tub didnt heat above 75 and the water was kind of cloudy. Drawer in kitchen was broken. Downstairs toilet had a sign taped to it that said please flush gentle, but the inside was busted and it ran the whole time. A lot of fees and taxes were added on at the end after you book, for example $18 water fee per day, etc. Ended up being $1400 for 3 nights instead of the $841 it originally said.

  : Not as clean as expected, definitely not vacuumed Had to do a lot of clean-up oursrelves despite the high cleaning fee Broken screens let a lot of mosquitos in, broken shades were hard to close for the closeout of the house
