  : Great location only steps to the old city! Also great to have free parking on site. Apartment was spacious and clean. Enjoyed our stay here!
  : Very skimpy on toilet paper (1 roll), no paper towel or tissues. Had to buy these items at supermarket. Also, we were thinking wed booked room with jacuzzi on patio, but instead were put in 2nd floor apt with no jacuzzi. Disappointing!!!

  : The accommodation was very hot and air con was not adequate. No instructions for appliances. Our mobile did have any reception although in the village it was ok. No instruction on where to dispose of rubbish.

  : Easy access to town. Great restaurants only 300 m away and so many of them.Excellent view of town from outdoor seating area.Loved the jacuzzi to cool off.

  : Great location, once you can find it, which is no ones fault. Its just the way it is in the centers of old towns in Europe! The two ladies who look after the property complex were great at helping us find our way. The GPS will get you close by but you will have to figure out the rest!The appartement is new, mostly spacious and comfortable enough. Great little patio to soak up the sun and have a glass of wine!
  : Travelling from another country, foreign appliances were difficult to figure out. An extra page of instructions in the welcome manual would have been helpful. Issues with the tv, stove top and kitchen fan were resolved but we had to call the management which referred us to someone else, who came in person about one hour or so after we called.The apartment is new but oddly decorated/organized. The toilet and broom closet are bizarrely in the same room and the bathroom with shower and sink is small, hardly any vanity space and it could use more towel hooks.

  : lack of instructions to use appliances, in any language. Poor instructions to use WiFi. All apartments were to be air conditioned but we were told this "modern" apartment was ecologically designed with floor conditioning. I can understand heating but air conditioning? I don't think so. In any event, when we pointed this out there was no follow up to explain how this "climatization" could be activated. Fortunately there was a fan in the bedroom for what turned out to be warm day. The location is close to the old city but there is a steep down hill from the parking to the gate of the complex and then once across the road to the old city, another steep downhill onto the flat. We ended up driving from the apartment parking to the gate and walking in. People with bad knees like us would find it difficult walking down the hill, not to mention walking back up..

  : Mariam was very informative about many things, but we needed information about the water heater and the floor heating. We would have liked a quicker response to our questions. Face cloths would be appreciated.
