  : The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The location is superb, 15 minutes walk from medieval centre. I had the Marquesalle suite which has a large balcony. Rooms light and airy.
  : Some minor touches missing from suite including cups and laundry bags. Quickly fixed by staff.

  : There is very little to commend, the only exception being the very helpful and friendly receptionist on the day we arrived.
  : The photos online are extremely misleading. This is made out to be a boutique hotel whereas it really is just an annexe to a very dull business hotel. Our room was nothing like the photos on the website, and the terrace a major disappointment. Supposedly looking over the garden, instead it overlooked an unkempt weed jungle. The outdoor furniture was only partially present (2 chairs missing, no cushions, no sun-umbrella). See phots on website to see how it should have been. The building itself is somewhat scruffy, especially the side adjacent to the road. The room decor was dull and old, nothing "boutique"about it. The entrance hall was straight out of the 1970s, dull, unimaginative and dark. Absolutely no atmosphere. The bar at the "parent hotel" was equally unimpressive. "Secure"parking was anything but - there is indication that there used to be a key-access gate, but that is no longer the case and it is effectively open (therefore nor secure) parking - certainly not Wirth the additional cost. All in all, for a night stay (breakfast not included) this was WAY overpriced and a huge disappointment.

  : Jaccusi was good also the jacuzzi in the bathroom . We didnt have breakfast .
  : Pool was too cold to swim . Shower was old and the water ran out in to the bathroom . Dripping basin .the price of the hotel was advertised at 115 euros outside but we paid 170 each night . That is a big difference ??

  : Not 4 star! Dirty, broken toilet which hardlyflushed, broken sink. Only 1 bath towel.No tissues. Holes and marks on bottom sheet.No top sheet, so even on a hot Aug eveningwe had to sleep under duvet. No milk providedfor tea or coffee. Carpet outside room dirtyand stained. Glass panel in lift broken-safetyissue - if you needed to rely on hand rail.Room was chosen for a special night away. Spoke to staff who wereunhelpful. Asked about compensation andwas told - the room is already paid for so we cant do anything? Not even an offer ofa free breakfast. Terrible experience!would recommend finding another hotel inTown. We chose this because of its rating - wish we hadnt! Cost almost 200 a night
