: The property manager actually called me to see if we needed anything !!! Location is Perfect
: the beds are horrendous! ugh spend a few dollars and get some nice mattresses please!a wagon for the beach would be a nice touch too.

: Location is excellent. 2 mins walk from the beach. Pretty close to all the stores. More or less private driveway.
: The facilities weren't ready for move in. The oven didn't operate. The master bedroom toilet wouldn't flush by itself until you push the lever inside the toilet bowl. The cleaning is done on a very surface level. A lot of debris under the furniture and appliances. But the most markdown are for the cockroaches. A lot of them in the kitchen. I mentioned that to the manager and he was surprised. We battled with roaches all 10 days we've stayed there.

: This townhouse was in a great location on Siesta Key from its proximity to the Village and beach. We enjoyed being able to walk & bike most places. The community seemed friendly as many guests would sit on their front patios throughout the day.
: Unit 311 needs to be thoroughly cleaned! There is a major roach problem that forced us to avoid the kitchen. Blankets housed in the closets had crumbs and a spill from previous guests were left folded within the blankets. Walls are filthy in the guest bedroom from feet being propped on walls and not wiped down and the master shower has white slimy soap scum floating around the walls.

: It was clean and well kept. Unit has 3 full bathrooms. The proximity to the beach and pool was great. Just a short walk to a private access to the beach.

: we always stay at siesta beach house in one of you condos, and we love it there, this year we had the perk of having a washer and dryer!
