: It’s beautiful
: It’s noisy they did not seem at all ready for us even tho I told them I was traveling with my 90 year old mother. My room had to be changed at the last minute we had a very loud drunk group of people that were not at all respectful in the restaurant as well as the hotel lobby and that too was unpleasant

: The room was large, well decorated and very comfortable beds
: - i booked a room with sofa bed and when querying the roll-away I was told that i get what I’m given as I booked through a third party (this one) - air con didn’t work and room was very hot. Multiple people went to fix, but was later at night. Told to sleep with windows open- very noisy from the main freeway the hotel is on (with windows open) - Manager (who dislikes bookings on third parties) said he would ‘try’ to have breakfast comped. He didn’t. All talk.- location is ok - nothing around. Booked as final luxury stay after two week roadtrip. Shame with the added niggles.

: Laura in the spa was amazing! I had a seasonal scrub w/ cranberries etc, but I'm sure any service she provides will be outstanding. All the staff was wonderful, grounds are beautiful and John Ash room service was delicious!
: The pool is more of a dipping bowl and the images on website are deceiving.The noise of the freeway is heard when out on my balcony, which is a bummer since you are surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and lavender rows.
