  : The linens were torn and the towels were torn and stained. Scooted the mattress over and they obviously never clean under the pedestal. The tv is very small and lots of static . No coffee maker, microwave or fridge in room.

  : The bathroom really needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Gunk on the walls, and toilet was not clean on edges inside or out. I wanted to get a cleaning supply kit and do it myself

  : We arrived at this hotel and had requested a ground floor room as I am on crutches and unable to walk due to an accident. On arrival after a 120 mile drive we were told they couldn't give us a ground floor room and they didn't get the request. We told them they acknowledged the request and the request was on their screen! We asked if they could swap someone else as I am unable to walk let alone climb outside stairs, the team member refused and said they were unable to help. She assured us they would cancel the booking but of course there is a pending payment on our card, so we now have to battle to get money for a cancellation they couldn't fulfil. We then had to drive another 68 miles to the nearest vacant hotel. We would never book with Motel 6 again.
  : Not cancelling our booking properly when they couldn't fulfil our accessible request. The building was tired looking. The location is is close to the main highway.
