  : Cleanup in room was not good, cobwebs behind hutch, broken blinds, and tub mats/ non-skid decor coming off floor of tub and no ironing board/ iron in room!

  : Our bed linens were very musty. Smell was awful. Spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. Ants around the tub.

  : It was a beautiful hotel that is located close to the pier
  : At 3pm, there were 10-12 ahead of us in a line that wasnt moving. I had to get dressed for a nearby wedding at 4 in the tiny (one at a time) bathroom off the lobby while my husband dressed in the conference room. Thw line had hardly moved and we had to leave without checking in. We were told that we would be called as soon as our room was ready but was not called. when we returned from the wedding at 11:15pm, the front desk was closed. When called, we were told that check-in closed at 11:00 and had to wait until an employee was called to return. No one let us know we had to return by 11, nor did we get confirmation that someone would come back. The manager Tia, was rude when I called back and even hung up on me. When we finally got into our room, there was no toilet paper whatsoever!!
