  : We booked to go on a cruise, which started from LA Cruise Terminal, so the location of the hotel was close to the cruise terminal. That is about it.
  : The room was very old, very tired and very dusty. The Breakfast was poor, the staff were rushed off their feet and did not top up or put new food when the Food was finished. The Air-Conditioner made a terrible noise and we did not sleep at all for our 2 nights stay in this horrible hotel. The toilet was blocked and overflowed which was disgusting. The bathroom sink reeked of sewage and made us feel very nauseous and unwell. Due to the horrible circumstances, we spoke to the staff and requested them to change our room and also spoke to the Asst GM of the Crown Plaza Hotel, San Pedro, who was on the premises, she was very rude and said that they cannot help us or change our room. They sent the AC person to check the AC, but he could not fix the problem and said that every AC in every room made a big noise. Also, we requested for a room refresh and clean, but the Asst GM said to me that she could not help us with this too as the Cleaners had gone home for the day and this was at 2.00pm. The Asst. GM and all the staff were very rude and said that they cannot help us to change our room. We will NEVER EVER BOOK to stay in this CROWN PLAZA HOTEL LOS ANGELES HARBOR, SAN PEDRO ever again and have also informed a group of our friends who have booked to go on a cruise from Los Angeles to NEVER EVER BOOK THEIR STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL. We are very upset and not happy and want a Refund for our Booking.
