  : Most of the staff members were kind and attempted to be helpful. When we first checked in, our assigned room did not have a functioning sink, so we were immediately moved to the room next door. The included breakfast was also nice, as was eating it on the hotel rooftop.
  : It seemed like the Wave never had enough towels for all their guests. Sometimes after cleaning, they would only leave one type of each towel despite that we had a 2 person room, and whenever we asked for beach towels, it was never guaranteed any would be clean. On the 4th floor where we stayed, there was a continuous loud beeping sound from the ice maker that occurred every 4 hours. Instead of turning the ice maker off or hiring someone to fix it, the staff simply let it continue to go off all throughout the day and night, waking us from our sleep. One night of our stay, I had to call the front desk at 8pm, 1am, and 5am about the loud beeping. The "hot tub" on the roof was never hot or fully functional and no one fixed it throughout our stay. The hotel was cheap, but for all these issues, it wasn't worth the savings. I would not stay here again.
