  : The room was very comfortable and clean upon our arrival. The kitchenette was great and the fridge was very large. We were pleasantly surprised at the coziness of the room because it was near the area blocked for construction - but we heard very little noise when they were working so that was also a plus. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided 5 star customer service!
  : There was lots of construction and at times the parking was challenging due to the construction. The construction also stirred some bugs - so we did see a very large roach in our room the 2nd night and there were several (alive and dead) on the front entrance of our room, the following morning - near the area blocked off for the construction and construction vehicles. But all in all - once the construction is done and the upgrades finished - this will be a delightful property.

  : I liked the design.
  : There was a cockroach infestation from the homeless camps across the street. Walked into my hotel room and saw the biggest roaches I’ve ever seen. To compensate it…my parking pass and $16 (A drink and 4 snacks) were taken off the bill. I didn’t find that to compensate for the $320 spent on the room. Also right in front of our room was a large fenced off area that kept us from parking close. My 73 year old father is a handicapped veteran who has cancer and cannot walk well so it was very concerning that we had to walk so far to get to our room. We could barely rest due to the concern of roaches throughout the room which very troublesome considering our long drive back home. Many health and safety risks.

  : The front desk was nice and breakfast was good!
  : Cleanliness and disrepair of the facility and room. No silverware, dirty glasses, and the toilet seats were falling off. The carpets and seating were gross! Not enough towels.
