  : Unfortunately, through no fault of the Hotel a lot of transient homeless and drug dealers were located just outside. The staff were extremely helpful but the noise outside at night made it very hard to sleep. I finally got earplugs to sleep the remaining nights. It would be very nice if the hotel upgraded the windows to curb the noise level. I never felt unsafe going outside.
  : Updated windows to curb the noise level, especially the street facing windows. Other than that, it was a decent hotel.

  : Great location, close to Bart, and to many walkable locations in the heart of union square. Instructions for check in sent via email. No keys/cards used, but rather a security code to enter the building and room. There is a self-service area for extra towels etc.
  : There is no housekeeping service like other hotels. When I inquired, I was informed that I can request it for an additional 95 dollars for the room to be cleaned and that one cleaning is included with the booking which happens prior to arrival. I informed them that this information is important and needs to be included on booking.com. Hotel lobby could be better serviced even if intended to be self-service eg coffee, snacks.

  : The bed was super comfortable. The gal who came to move my room after heater alarm would not shut off in my room at 1:00 am, after three hours of it she finally moved me to my new room.
  : No breakfast, coffee maker inoperable. No microwave/fridge. Mentally Ill man camped outside front door, screaming nonsense. Addicts on to street mining fentanyl, filthy streets. Horrible area. Scared to go out after dark.

  : the rooms are nice and hotel chique! modern tv-configuration. the young people behind the desk were very customer related and nice persons
  : but the neighboorhood in which the hotel is based is terrible. drugsaddicts all over. after 8 pm it is not safe to walk in this Street. so work to do for the hotel together with the city: Assure safety for your customers

  : bed and towels are greatit is close to public transport
  : the bar and restaurant were closed and so it feels like kind of abandoned. the area is horrible, didnt feel safe. never seen so many addicted, sick, homeless people as there. noise throughout the night.

  : There were no facilities whatsoever. The restaurant and bar were closed. The room was not cleaned for the whole of our stay. The stairways were dirty. The most annoying and inconvenient issue was that the bed was pushed up close to the window. It was rare to find a member of staff on duty.
