  : Location to all activities the beach was pretty much right out your back door food activities one block away with the amusement park plenty of places to shop up and down the boardwalk you wouldn't have to drive anywhere if you didn't want to in the house is pretty big with all the amenities you need in the kitchen washer and dryer on site works really well would stay there again next year

  : The bedroom with the one bed in needs to have a new mattress. The other 2 beds were fine.

  : The best thing was it's location to the beach, only a block away. It was nice to have a dedicated parking space, but it was tight and took maneuvering to get in and out. It was not only a shared garage with the upstairs unit, but the coin operated laundry was also in the garage and a guy on a bike obviously had the garage code, because he used the laundry at least twice while we were there (being there 10 nights). So we made sure to lock our vehicle when even in the garage.
  : Where to begin: Most of the inconveniences throughout we could deal with, but the final, most disgusting problem on our last night was much more than an inconvenience. The bathroom sink OVERFLOWED with sewage when the apt upstairs did their dishes. I ran upstairs to get them to stop running their water while my husband grabbed towels and tried to contain the mess as it started running out the bathroom and down the hall. We then called Vacasa and at first the woman said it would be difficult to get anyone out there, since it happened after 8 pm. Of course, unacceptable to us, they did manage to get a plumber out and he finished and left by 11:30 pm; however, as he said, "he is a plumber, not a cleaner," we were left with the mess. Which leads to another problem: the unit was cheap on supplies! Absolutely nothing to clean the bathroom with, nothing to sanitize the sink, faucet or floor. Again, we wiped it up the best we could and then took all soiled towels outside, to try to lessen the smell/stench. There is an obvious problem with plumbing, but there is also a problem with electrical. Many outlets did not work. The fan in the bathroom did not work well and the fan over the stove, not at all. Wifi was inconsistent and slow, if it worked at all. We booked a 10 night stay for 4 adults: 2 travel size shampoos, 2 travel size soaps, 2.5 rolls of toilet paper and no tissues are not enough for that kind of booking. And don't advertise laundry if it is coin operated and shared with who knows who. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. Hard to control people when they come home after 10 pm., but the noise could have been lessened with throw rugs or at a minimum, pads on the chair/stool legs. It's understandable to have tile floors in a beach apt., but things can be done to lessen the noise, besides us having to wear earplugs. Also, how about providing a can for recyclables. In this day and age, not everything should be thrown away.

  : The location sells it! Steps away from the beach, boardwalk and close to restaurants/stores. Having a garage was great but very tight getting into it with a large dumpster across the street. We had a small SUV, I can't imagine much bigger getting into it. The house had pretty much everything needed to cook. One beach chair, umbrella and sand toys available. Close proximity to many attractions and airport.
  : Not much to not like here. A little updating to the interior, ceiling fans and vent above stove very dirty, could use new mattresses and the patio table is being held together with shoe laces.
