  : The customer service was good, but just about everything else was disappointing.
  : The bathroom was filthy; I mean there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, all in the shower, and on the floor of the bathroom. The kitchen sink drain had hair in it (HOW/WHY). The blinds were broken, the floors were so filthy that when we spilled water and quickly cleaned it up, the towel was black; like the floor hadnt been cleaned in MANY stays. The only reason I could think of as to why the price was as high as it was, for as horrible of quality as it was, is literally the location. Its a 15 minute walk to the beach, but for 150$/night and that being the only good factor? its so not worth it. Theres no parking either; they recommend you park underneath an overpass across the street, which didnt feel very safe at all. Im just highly disappointed.

  : Staff was not welcoming or friendly. When I arrived to check in, the guy behind the counter was asleep. Me trying to open the door woke him up because I had to knock loudly. Overall, the whole hotel was beyond dirty! I don't know when the last time someone had walked through those halls and picked up. I have never seen a hotel and room that dirty. I don't know what was on the hotel room walls, floors were dirty, dusty and the soap in the bathroom looked old and used. Tile was moldy, tub was dirty, someone's toothbrush was still in there. Definitely, do not look like the pictures. Parking sucks, No lot.

  : I didn't like anything about this place, it was very dirty and the placed had no staff present at check in.
  : I didn't get any check in paper work apon arrival. There was no staff at front desk to help with check in. Had to call a number on the a paper to get ahold of staff member. The place was very squeaky and loud. Other people staying there were very loud, didn't get very much sleep. Looks like a huanted hotel from the inside. No parking at all. Area is not a good area

  : It could have been updated it felt old. No friend staff for support

  : when we got there the restroom was still with poop on it. Shoes, socks, dust under the table and the bed was very uncomfortable. when I wasnt time to check it, staff didnt answer phones.
